Located in the green district of Vasant Kunj, Bali Residence blends contemporary architecture with environmental harmony through a glazed envelope that defines its character.
Project & curtain walling manufacturer: Mixx Windows.
Architectural design: Enar Consultants.
METRA Building systems: NC 65 HES, NC-S 150 HES, POLIEDRA SKY TECH 50.
The NC 65 HES casement openings and the large-format NC-S 150 HES sliding systems shape the façades with a transparent rhythm, while the POLIEDRA SKY TECH 50 curtain wall, also used for skylights and pergolas, ensures maximum diffusion of natural light.
The integration of glass, aluminium, and stone materials creates a visual balance that contributes to the building’s energy performance, earning it the Platinum certification from the Indian Green Building Council.
