Located in the AZCA financial centre in Madrid, the renovation of the AM Growth building presented a challenge in terms of engineering, logistics and assembly: the previous building was remodelled and increased in height, a feature from which it takes its name.
The construction includes 3000 m2 of curtain wall and an upper metal structure acting as an exoskeleton to support the new floors. The curtain wall of the lower floors consists of a standard system with a customised cover for the work, and special aluminium profiles are used in the upper body.
